Positive: The room was comfortable and you had everything you needed for any kind of stay whether that be leisure or business stay in central east London. Products such as shampoo, shower gel, soap and moisturiser all provided in the en-suite of the room. You have cleaning products supplied underneath the kitchen sink if needed. In the communal kitchen you had a washing machine supplied for customers use with x2 washing pods that were provided for you in your room also under the kitchen sink with the cleaning products supplied. In the cupboards on the wall had all the equipment such as pans, plates cups and glasses etc for you to use if needed for your stay. Tea, coffee, sugar and UHT milk sticks also supplied in the top cupboard in the canisters. You have also a Nespresso coffee machine on the counter next to the kettle and toaster in the room with x3 espresso pods provided welcoming you for that morning coffee fix. Linen such as crisp white cotton towels are freshly provided for your stay. The room had an electric heater fixed to the wall in the room and bathroom also a fan for warmer evenings. Smart TV that is mounted on the wall with access to apps such as Netflix etc with own logins. You have a power socket with usb charging socket each side of the bed for convenient charging of electronics such as phones and laptops etc. Free WiFi that provided is also available and of excellent speeds! For all of this with the convenience of location you have bus stops outside of the property and just a short distance from Hackney Central & Downs overground train lines or Dalston Junction overground and underground which can be walked or bus routes 227 or 30. The service and communication from the host was excellent and if you needed anything you just needed to ask and nothing was any trouble. I felt very accommodated which was excellent.
Negative: A couple of issues were raised to the owner via message and email which were addressed and promptly resolved.
Summary: Convenient, pleasant and accommodating stay.
